About the job

We are hiring the person who builds our commercial engine for the SME segment. You own the full cycle: from first outbound touch to signed deal. You generate your own pipeline and you close it. You own the number, not a team.

What you will do

• Build outbound from zero across email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Run tight discovery against our ICP. Qualify fast. Say no to what does not fit.

• Close the full deal cycle yourself. Velocity is the game: higher volume, shorter cycles.

• Turn Nance's capabilities into sharp positioning for SME owners, finance leads, and accountants.

• Test channels and segments. Kill what does not work, double down on what does.

• Own your pipeline and win-rate data in HubSpot. Diagnose what is broken and fix it.

• Feed market insight back to product and the founders.

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years in full-cycle or velocity sales at a B2B SaaS or high-growth company, with a verifiable record of generating and closing revenue yourself.

• You prospect your own pipeline. You do not wait for leads.

• Fluent in high-volume selling: fast cycles, clean qualification, disciplined follow-up.

• Credibility with SME owners and finance decision-makers.

• Native Dutch, fluent English, based in the Netherlands.

• You measure success in revenue, not activity
